8 October - Governor's Ballroom
5.30pm
- Tour of the new facilities
6pm
- 10pm - Dinner and beverages $125 per person.
Sunday
9 October - The Rotunda
12midday
- 2pm - BBQ lunch $68 per person includes beverages.
